David has 29 years of medical real experience representing physicians across the nation. He has completed millions of square feet of medically related transactions and has represented over 1,000 physicians nationwide.
Rutson has been honored multiple times in the Dallas Business Journal as a real estate “heavy hitter.” As a recognized physician advocate, he has spoken at many national medical real estate conferences.

Jason joined Globe Medical Realty Advisors after serving 14 years as Vice President of Lincoln Property Company. During his tenure with Lincoln, he negotiated over 6 million square feet of medical office leases; completed over $500 million in commercial lease transactions, and closed over $ 250 million in real estate sales. His transactional focus was in healthcare leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions as well as underwriting for institutional portfolios.
Jason’s broad experience in the medical real estate business provides strong decision-making capacity which allows his clients to capitalize on market optimization while minimizing capital expenditures.
Now as a valued member of GMRA, he can use his extensive industry experience to provide exclusive medical tenant advocacy.
