How do you get paid?
It is much like when someone sells a house. The owner (or landlord) lists the property with their broker and agrees to pay a commission. The commission is split between the listing broker and the agent for the buyer (or tenant). This means that our services are free for our clients.
If I don’t use an agent, can’t I just ask the landlord to reduce their commission fee to reduce our rent?
We typically save our clients a lot more than our fee. Our expertise is to leverage our knowledge base to generate you substantial savings. This is typically savings generated in the rent you pay, your build out allowance, as well as other items to save you money. We leverage the market to get you the best deal available.
