Globe Medical Realty Advisors (GMRA) was established in 2008 after David Rutson sold his previous medical brokerage to a national medical real estate holding company. Since its establishment, GMRA has been recognized as a pioneer in the medical tenant representation field. Within the medical community, GMRA is considered a trusted fiduciary and tenant representative for its medical clients. We are proud to be an independent boutique brokerage that is passionate about the long-term relationships we have developed along with assisting our new clients to understand the benefits of our no cost service.
Our Mission
Globe Medical Realty Advisors has firsthand knowledge and experience in the medical real estate market. We only represent tenants, with zero conflict of interest.
We give our clients the ability to be more than an investor or a passive tenant. We supply the market data, negotiating leverage, and real estate development strategies that can empower a medical professional to implement a growth strategy that will slash operating costs, improve space utilization and realize income-producing projections.

CEO | Founding Principal
David has 29 years of medical real experience representing physicians across the nation. He has completed millions of square feet of medically related transactions and has represented over 1,000 physicians nationwide.
Rutson has been honored multiple times in the Dallas Business Journal as a real estate “heavy hitter.” As a recognized physician advocate, he has spoken at many national medical real estate conferences.

Jason Manske, MBA

Jason joined Globe Medical Realty Advisors after serving 14 years as Vice President of Lincoln Property Company. During his tenure with Lincoln, he negotiated over 6 million square feet of medical office leases; completed over $500 million in commercial lease transactions, and closed over $ 250 million in real estate sales. His transactional focus was in healthcare leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions as well as underwriting for institutional portfolios.
Jason’s broad experience in the medical real estate business provides strong decision-making capacity which allows his clients to capitalize on market optimization while minimizing capital expenditures.
Now as a valued member of GMRA, he can use his extensive industry experience to provide exclusive medical tenant advocacy.

Ian R. Parker
Director of Business Development
Ian has joined Globe Medical Realty Advisors (GMRA) as the Director of Business Development. Ian is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Colorado, and he brings a highly analytical, client-focused approach to real estate. Ian worked in sales and analyst roles with companies such as Coldwell Banker, IBM Watson Health, and Salesforce. He holds a BSBA in finance & economics from Valparaiso University and an MBA from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado
Tyler Hurst
Associate
Tyler joined Globe Medical Realty Advisors (GMRA) in 2020 as a Market Research Analyst. Working regularly with healthcare groups and investors, he was responsible for identifying and evaluating available space per the client’s specific needs for leasing and acquisitions. Transitioning to the role of Associate, he provides clients with advisory and transaction management services, specializing in assisting medical groups with their corporate and medical facilities. His areas of expertise include acquisitions, relocations, expansions and renewals. Coming from a family of Physicians, he knows the challenges of operating a medical practice, which helps him further understand the needs of his clients from their perspective.
Tyler holds a BA in Urban Planning and an MS of Real Estate from the University of Colorado.
